The 4 hour week For Business Growth?
Considering how far some industries have taken the concept of outsourcing, it is fair to say that owners of “offline” businesses are still doing far too many of their tasks themselves.
If you spend half an hour daily cleaning your premises, typing a long document or packaging product to be sent away to clients, the first step might be to put a dollar value on your time, like $70 or $80.
From then on you will be more reluctant to do it yourself, knowing that you could delegate the same task to someone at $15 an hour, or even less if you delegate online!
You could ask yourself how happy your customers would be if they knew that part of the price they pay you for products and services goes towards trivial tasks done by you.
As a business owner aren’t you supposed to spend ALL of your time on customer relationship, innovation and marketing?
Tim Ferris in his “4 hour week” book details how far he has pushed the outsourcing concept and how that allows him to work 4 hours whilst owning a thriving business.
Once you have convinced yourself that you are not saving money by performing $15/h duties in your business, you may finally have time to download my Free Report ‘the 21 breakthroughs of effective marketing’ from www.breakthroughbusiness.co.nz, and implement these principles.
Have a great week out there.
